When Liam and Jimmy met, they bonded over their shared love of discovering new cafés and finding those little moments that can make any day a little brighter — whether that meant trying a drink they had never tasted before, finding a cozy place to work or study, or simply sitting down to chat and pass the time.

Jimmy is actually a nickname for James — one that Liam helped popularize among their friends. Before Liam came along, no one really called him Jimmy. Now, everyone does. So while it may not be “Liam’s Café” there’s still a little piece of Liam in the name. It’s their inside joke that eventually became the name of their café.

Today, Jimmy’s is a pop-up café rooted in culinary and cultural curiosity. We take inspiration from the seasons, our own cravings, and the people and places we encounter along the way. Every menu is an opportunity to explore —whether that means discovering an ingredient we’ve never tried, learning about a traditional drink from somewhere around the world, or creating something interesting you might not find anywhere else.

We’re bringing that curiosity to our community, one pop-up at a time.

Whether you’re stopping by for a drink, meeting up with a friend, or simply curious about what we’re serving, we want Jimmy’s to feel welcoming and a little unexpected. Most of all, we hope you leave having tried something new, and maybe thinking “wow, I can’t get this anywhere else.”
